Of late, wine and chocolate pairing has become an intriguing tasting experience, so we created this unique line of chocolates and are the first to pair chocolate with Missouri varieties. We carefully selected three types of pure chocolate at different cocoa percentages, 54%, 61%, and 72%, to compliment our wines and our wines to complement the chocolates. These chocolates are in pure form, not candies or confections, to allow for a more fundamental tasting experience.
